Data collected
The only data collected on this website comes from the contact form, which you complete voluntarily: name, email, company (optional), needs, indicative budget and message. There are no user accounts, newsletters or other forms.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your contact or scoping enquiry. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR): you write to us, and we reply.
Recipients
Maxime Aubert is the sole recipient of your message. Email delivery is handled by Resend, a transactional email provider acting as a processor under the GDPR. No data is sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.
Retention period
If your enquiry does not lead to further action, your data is retained for 3 years from the last exchange (the period recommended by the CNIL for business contacts), then deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies. Audience measurement, when activated, will use Plausible Analytics, a tool that sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable data. This means no consent banner is required, as no tracking technology within the meaning of the ePrivacy Directive is used.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. To exercise them, write to contact@maximeaubert.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The contact form uses a dedicated serverless function: messages do not pass through a database or intermediate storage.
