Support included. Ongoing maintenance available.

Training and support for the delivered scope are included: 1 month for a website, 2 months for an automation and 3 months for an application. Support covers issues within that scope, usage questions and help getting started after training, by email on business days. New features and incidents caused by external changes or third-party services are excluded.

Updates, backups and checks agreed under a separate contract. Scope and frequency are specified before you subscribe.
